In this role you will lead CRM strategy and own the customer journey for a fast-growing brand, collaborating with marketing, product and data teams to drive retention and monetisation. This is an on-site role in Malta, with relocation not offered. The business is scaling quickly and moving toward fiat-focused models, making CRM a critical growth lever. You will own the CRM function end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on automation, data-driven personalisation, and getting more from the existing tech stack. This is a single vacancy.
Job Responsibility
Own end-to-end CRM strategy and roadmap, aligning across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation
Design, implement and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) with focus on personalisation and lifecycle
Lead automation initiatives, data-driven experiments, and A/B testing to improve ROI
Collaborate with data, product, compliance, and marketing to ensure data quality, privacy, and regulatory adherence.
Requirements
6+ years in CRM within iGaming, with strong focus on strategy and automation
Proven ability to own end-to-end CRM strategy, not just execution
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as FastTrack, Optimove, or similar iGaming tools
Strong data literacy and ability to translate data into campaigns and measure results.
