Job Responsibility:
Lead the CRM function, setting strategy and operational priorities
Plan, execute, and optimise lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, app, and other channels
Manage and mentor CRM team members, building capability and supporting career development
Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and commercial teams to align CRM strategy with business goals
Analyse campaign performance and customer engagement, translating insights into actionable improvements
Drive adoption of best practices, automation, and personalisation across the CRM function
Ensure consistent, premium-brand customer communications that reflect brand values
Requirements:
Strong CRM and lifecycle marketing experience, within fashion or premium retail driven brands
Proven ability to lead campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution
Experience managing people or readiness to step into a leadership role
Hands-on, practical approach - able to get stuck in and deliver campaigns personally
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies
Familiarity with email, SMS, app, and other CRM channels
