Job Description:

Huge opportunity to step in as our new Head of CRM. Oversee our entire CRM function, while developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies to maximise player satisfaction and loyalty through data-driven insights! This role oversees CRM system implementation and management, analyses player behavior to identify opportunities, and leads cross-functional initiatives to personalise engagement across all customer touchpoints. The position drives revenue growth through targeted campaigns, advanced player segmentation, and optimised multi-channel communication strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategy to maximise player lifetime value and retention across entire Stake business line
  • Build and lead a high-performing CRM team, set objectives and drive performance
  • Create CRM strategic roadmap and KPIs
  • present performance insights to executive leadership
  • Identify opportunities for growth across key markets in terms of new communication channels and strategies
  • Design and optimise player journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention, VIP progression, currency adoption
  • Create personalised multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) using advanced player segmentation
  • Execute promotional campaigns aligned with business priorities and product launches
  • Establish A/B testing framework to continuously optimise campaigns and experiences
  • Own CRM platform selection, implementation, and optimisation
  • ensure integration with gaming and payment systems
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Support, Legal, Compliance, and Responsible Gaming teams
  • Monitor retention rates, churn, LTV, and campaign ROI
  • manage CRM budget
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and gambling regulations across all markets
  • Directly have an impact on bottom line success by delivering tangible outcomes across all kind of customer

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM
  • At least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools such as Optimove, Insider, Braze, Salesforce
  • Proficiency in data management, segmentation, and CRM best practices
  • Strong understanding of database hygiene and privacy laws
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team, including providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI to monitor campaign performance and extract insights
  • Report on team’s and projects progress to the Chief Marketing Officer
