Job Description

Join CTC Execution Services (CTCX) as Head of Credit Sales and build our institutional client base, drive revenue growth, and oversee all aspects of the client facing portion of our Credit business. You will combine hands-on execution expertise with business development and team leadership responsibilities to establish CTC as a premier destination for institutional credit trading.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute business strategy for credit sales division, including client acquisition targets, revenue goals, and market expansion initiatives while building and leading a high-performing sales team
  • Develop trusted partnerships with institutional clients through consistent relationship management, regular check-ins, and personalized attention to maintain high client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead hands-on trade execution for complex credit transactions, collaborate with technology teams to prioritize platform enhancements based on client feedback, and maintain proactive communication throughout the trade lifecycle to ensure seamless client experience
  • Act as the subject matter expert for client flow and partner with the trading team to ensure optimal execution
  • Provide market intelligence, recommend optimal execution strategies, and educate clients on available order types and trading protocols to enhance their credit trading outcomes
  • Manage operational workflow from client onboarding through trade settlement, partnering with middle office and clearing teams to resolve issues and optimize performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of credit sales experience with established institutional relationships and demonstrated success in growing client business
  • Strong market expertise and understanding of institutional client operations with the ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations
  • FINRA Series 7, 57 and 63 licenses required
  • Series 24 preferred
