Job Description:

The Head of Creative shapes EMF Media’s creative direction and oversees the delivery of high-impact assets across paid and brand channels, working closely with both internal teams and external creative partners. This role blends creative excellence with performance acumen, ensuring every concept is not only visually compelling but also optimised for results. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, editors, and copywriters, building a world-class creative engine that moves fast, learns faster, and delivers assets that scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and lead the creative vision for e-commerce and DTC brands, ensuring each asset supports both brand growth and measurable performance outcomes
  • Define and implement a global creative strategy aligned with Performance Manager and brand consistency
  • Champion a data-driven creative culture where decisions are grounded in insights, and own the framework that enables the team to consistently turn data into actionable creative direction
  • Build and maintain a Creative Performance Framework to track the impact of creative iterations
  • Guide Creative Strategists, Copywriters, and Designers to elevate strategic thinking and speed of execution
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to unlock innovative ad angles, storylines, and formats
  • Own the full creative lifecycle from briefing to post-launch analysis and iteration
  • Oversee the briefing process, ensuring clarity, speed, and alignment with campaign goals
  • Partner with Performance Managers to refine top-performing creatives and scale winners
  • Develop and manage testing roadmaps across formats, messaging, and styles
  • Guarantee that creative direction consistently supports business outcomes, particularly in growth and conversion performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years leading creative strategy and execution within high-growth digital environments, either at a performance agency or directly within DTC/e-commerce brands
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, with a clear understanding of what drives creative impact and conversion in the e-commerce space
  • Proven track record managing multidisciplinary creative teams (design, video, copy, etc.) in fast-paced, high-volume settings
  • Deep knowledge of ad formats and platform best practices across all media platforms
  • Ability to connect creative thinking with analytical depth, translating insights into actionable creative strategies
  • Exceptional communicator and inspiring leader, capable of both shaping vision and driving flawless execution
