The Head of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) & Facilities – Wilton is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that includes facility management site teams, project managers, service specialists, and external suppliers. This role ensures all activities align with ASML CRE’s strategic pillars: Safety, Total Cost of Ownership, Flexibility, Business Alignment, Wellbeing, and Sustainability. The Head of CRE Wilton oversees local real estate, facility management, and maintenance services for the Wilton site, while driving the development and execution of a long-term strategic real estate master plan. The Head of CRE Wilton leads a regional team, translating business needs and emerging trends into actionable short- and long-term plans for hard and soft services. Acting as the key link between the business, global CRE, and suppliers, this role ensures strategic alignment and flawless execution of real estate and facility initiatives. Positioned within the global CRE matrix organization, the Head of CRE Wilton reports directly to the Head of CRE Global Regions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead strategic planning for CRE Wilton, translating business needs and future trends into actionable short- and long-term plans
Align local real estate and facility strategies with ASML’s global CRE pillars and corporate objectives
Develop and execute local policies, ensuring seamless integration with global standards
Drive investment and program plans to deliver strategic initiatives on time and at required performance levels
Set high-quality standards and provide clear guidance to achieve operational excellence across hard and soft services
Lead the regional CRE team and manage a diverse portfolio of real estate and facility services
Oversee supplier relationships, ensuring performance against strategic, tactical, and operational KPIs
Act as regional budget holder and representative for CRE, collaborating closely with global teams
Ensure continuous quality improvement and operational excellence to support business continuity and an attractive workplace
Build strong partnerships with internal teams: Global CRE, procurement, finance, HR, and site leadership to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of real estate and facility initiatives
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, employee panels, and CRE teams to anticipate needs, communicate impacts, and drive collaboration across regions
Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring performance and compliance with ASML standards while fostering innovation and continuous improvement
Represent CRE Wilton in global forums and external networks to share best practices, stay ahead of market trends, and strengthen ASML’s position as an industry leader
Drive innovation in CRE services and processes, leveraging strategic partnerships and best practices
Implement changes to meet evolving performance criteria and optimize products, processes, and costs
Foster collaboration across global CRE functions to maximize efficiency and scalability
Serve as delegated CAPEX and OPEX budget owner for the region, managing short and long-term financial planning and mandated investment plans
Validate supplier proposals and calculate business cases to balance risk, performance, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
Ensure financial compliance and optimize resource allocation to support strategic priorities
Requirements:
Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, Organizational Studies or similar
At least 10 years of relevant corporate real estate & facilities management experience in an international high tech industrial environment
At least 5 years of senior leadership experience (Associate Director or Director Level plus)
Preferably experienced in working for a global company or working abroad managing international suppliers and stakeholders
