Job Description:

As Head of Conversion Rate Optimization, your job is make more of the people who land on our funnels become paying patients. Systematically. Reliably. At scale. This is not a “change the button color” role. You’ll be responsible for both micro and macro testing. That means everything from improving specific steps in the funnel to rebuilding entire flows based on competitor research and new hypotheses. You’ll start hands-on. You’ll run research, build cases, sketch wireframes, design experiments, and work closely with engineering and design to ship fast. Once the engine works, you’ll build the team around it. We’ve underinvested in CRO for years. This role is about fixing that and bringing structure, rigor, and clarity to experimentation so that every dollar we spend on ads works harder.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish dominance: Conduct deep funnel analysis across all brands. Build AI-powered testing roadmap. Design and ship high-impact experiments within first 30 days. Drive measurable conversion lifts fast
  • Build infrastructure: Architect systematic experimentation framework. Implement advanced analytics, predictive models, and personalization engines. Create the testing culture and processes that scale
  • Own the numbers: Directly accountable for conversion rate improvements across key funnels. Track, forecast, and report on revenue impact with ruthless clarity
  • Scale the machine: Build and lead a world-class CRO team. Expand optimization across full customer journey (ads, landing pages, email, product, retention). Establish this as a compounding competitive advantage
  • Multiply revenue: Drive systematic improvements in CAC, conversion rates, and LTV. Make CRO the revenue efficiency engine that funds our mission to help humans live 100 healthy years

Requirements:

  • Proven AI/ML chops: You've actually built and deployed AI-driven optimization systems (personalization, predictive analytics, automated experimentation). Not just used tools, but architected intelligent systems
  • Senior CRO mastery: 7+ years leading high-impact CRO programs. Track record of driving 20%+ conversion improvements at scale. Deep expertise in statistical rigor, experimental design, and what actually moves metrics
  • Team builder: You've hired, mentored, and scaled high-performing teams. Can build this capability from the ground up while executing at the highest level yourself
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable in code, analytics tools, and complex implementation. Can work directly with engineers and data scientists to build sophisticated testing infrastructure
  • Speed + rigor: Move fast with conviction while maintaining statistical integrity. Bias to action, obsessed with 80/20, comfortable in ambiguity
  • Mission alignment: Actually care that conversion improvements = more patients getting life-changing treatment. Culture fit with our beliefs (radical cost reduction, algorithms over humans, profitability, only the paranoid survive)

Nice to have:

  • Healthcare/DTC experience: You've optimized complex, regulated funnels in healthcare or high-consideration DTC. Understand compliance constraints and long sales cycles
  • Multi-brand scaling: Led CRO across multiple brands/products simultaneously. Built centralized optimization infrastructure
  • Full-stack growth: Deep understanding of how CRO fits into broader growth strategy (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization). Can connect conversion optimization to LTV and unit economics
  • AI product vision: Not just using AI tools, but have a POV on where AI-driven optimization is going. Excited about personalization at scale, LLM applications, and next-gen experimentation
  • Evangelism: Proven ability to build experimentation culture across orgs. Can teach, inspire, and get buy-in from skeptics
What we offer:
  • Healthcare: comprehensive medical insurance (if appropriate)
  • Remote: our team is fully distributed across the world and functions fully remotely
  • Personal development: budget for books, courses, coaching
  • Personal wellness: budget for gym, health apps
  • GLP-1s: free membership with a clinic offering GLP-1s
  • Health coaching: free biweekly health coaching so you stay healthy
  • Work coaching: free biweekly work coaching so you stay sharp + calm
  • Equipment: Macbook & work-from-home equipment provided as needed
