Shape how the world's leading AI teams discover and adopt cutting-edge technology. As our Head of Content, you'll own and scale our global content engine in one of the most exciting spaces in tech. This is a high-impact role at the core of our pipeline strategy - where your work will directly influence how prospects discover, evaluate, and buy. You'll lead content strategy, creation, and distribution, focusing on the formats that matter most - whether that's scaling our video and webinar programs, launching a flagship podcast series, or pioneering new content experiences that create buzz. While we work across multiple channels (blog, SEO, paid, product marketing, events), you'll have the autonomy to prioritize and invest in the initiatives that drive the greatest commercial impact, supported by a team of 2 content professionals with budget to grow.
Job Responsibility:
Build a scalable content engine - identifying key formats, topics, and channels that move the needle across the buyer journey, including video content, webinars, and podcasts
Create sophisticated, technical content that positions us as thought leaders among senior AI executives and decision-makers
Own our content ecosystem through a commercial lens - ensuring every piece attracts the right audience, resonates with their needs, and drives conversions
Pioneer new content formats that create buzz and expand our reach while driving pipeline
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales to ensure all content is accurate and compelling
Conduct prospect research to inform content strategy and voice-of-customer messaging
Represent the company at events, conferences, and partner gatherings (flexible travel schedule averaging 2 weeks per quarter across Europe and USA, planned well in advance)
Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS
Minimum 2 years leading content teams
Experience building scalable content operations using AI
Experience creating content for ML, Data Science, or DataOps personas is highly desirable
Experience successfully producing diverse content formats including video, webinars, or podcasts that drive both engagement and conversions
Understanding of how to create technical, substantive content that earns the respect of senior leaders and technical audiences
Commercial and strategic mindset
Ability to develop high-level strategy and execute
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and changing priorities
Takes initiative without waiting for perfect conditions
