Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for building and scaling a global content strategy that positions the brand as a thought leader in the trading and fintech space.
Job Responsibility:
Build and scale a global content strategy that defines the brand’s voice, editorial direction, and messaging across all markets and platforms
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management, product, and marketing teams, ensuring all content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with business priorities
Translate complex financial concepts into accessible, engaging, and high‑impact content for retail traders, institutional clients, and partners
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, including senior traders and analysts, to produce thought leadership, market insights, and educational content
Use data and analytics to measure content performance, audience engagement, and ROI, continuously optimising strategy and execution
Stay ahead of industry trends in financial markets, fintech, digital communication, and content innovation to maintain a competitive edge
Partner closely with marketing, product, and compliance to ensure all content supports commercial goals, reflects product updates, and adheres to regulatory standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in senior content leadership roles within financial services, fintech, insurance, or agency environments with global exposure
Strong ability to simplify and humanise complex financial trading concepts for diverse audiences
Exceptional editorial judgment, storytelling capability, and understanding of financial markets, trading behaviour, and regulatory considerations
Strong cross‑functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
