Job Description

Lead Bühler's content strategy and production capability, establishing corporate frameworks while building a high-performing team that serves as strategic consultants and production partners to business units, regions and corporate functions. Transform corporate communications from channel-focused execution to stakeholder-centered content that informs our customers' decisions and shapes our stakeholders' opinions, translating complex industrial narratives into compelling content across digital and traditional channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Establish corporate content strategy frameworks aligned with brand narrative and business priorities for diverse external stakeholders (customers, prospects, partners, industry, public)
  • Own corporate digital channels (web, LinkedIn, YouTube) and provide strategic consulting to regions, business units, and marketing on communication approach, channel selection, and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team as strategic business partners, fostering a culture that balances strategic thinking with production excellence
  • Oversee editorial quality for team-produced content and ensure quality standards for business unit and regional content developed through team consultation (written, video, digital, multimedia)

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing
  • 10 years experience in corporate communications, content strategy, or editorial leadership in B2B industrial/technology sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to create content frameworks that work across cultures while allowing for local market adaptation
  • Experience leading teams or projects with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and influence others
  • Deep expertise in editorial craft, digital content, and multi-channel storytelling
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Very good communication skills in German and English (Level C1)
