We are the reference point for Architecture and Design. We work with Brands, Architects, and Professionals and inspire enthusiasts from all over the world with the excellence of Design. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Content Hub to manage our multi country editorial team on a daily basis. The Head of Content Hub will be responsible for overseeing the editorial strategies that engage Architects and Architecture professionals around the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement an editorial strategy that drives engagement with our target audience
  • Manage the editorial team across multiple countries, including setting goals, providing guidance and direction, and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the editorial strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to ensure that editorial content supports overall business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and thought leaders
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of editorial content, including articles, podcasts, videos, and social media content
  • Ensure that editorial content is of high quality and adheres to brand standards and best practices
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Architecture and Design editor, with a strong track record of driving engagement and growth
  • Experience managing editorial teams across multiple countries
  • Strong understanding of the Architecture and Design industry and the needs of Architects and Architecture professionals
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficient in recruiting, establishing and managing contributor networks
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform editorial decisions
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • Perfect command of the English language
