Arize AI is hiring a Head of Content & Communications to build and run our content engine. This is a highly hands-on role for a senior content leader who thrives in technical environments and enjoys both shaping strategy and executing it directly. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, DevRel, and leadership to translate positioning into clear, consistent communication across web, search, technical content, social, and analyst channels. This role is not about owning the corporate narrative — it’s about bringing it to life in ways that resonate with technical audiences. This position requires independent thinking, strong industry intuition, and comfort operating autonomously. Success comes from producing high-quality work, building cross-functional alignment, and driving measurable impact.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into clear, consistent messaging across web, content, and field enablement
Help refine messaging through audience feedback, performance data, and experimentation
Own and execute Arize’s organic growth strategy across search and AI-native discovery
Identify high-intent technical keyword opportunities aligned to pipeline goals
Develop structured content designed for both search engines and LLM answer engines
Partner with demand generation to tie organic strategy directly to pipeline contribution
Lead by doing — writing, editing, and shaping high-quality content
Develop blogs, whitepapers, reports, case studies, and research-driven assets
Oversee technical deep dives, tutorials, architectural guides, and benchmarking reports
Establish editorial standards that balance precision with readability
Build and manage a content calendar aligned to strategic priorities
Define and execute LinkedIn, X, and developer-facing channel strategies in partnership with DevRel
Translate technical announcements into community-relevant conversations
Partner with DevRel to amplify educational and technical initiatives
Drive executive presence on social platforms
Partner with leadership on analyst briefings and media outreach
Prepare materials and support messaging for analyst conversations
Work with the press to ensure technical accuracy in media coverage
Requirements:
8+ years in content, communications, or technical marketing roles in B2B SaaS
5+ years marketing to technical audiences (AI, developer tools, data infrastructure, DevOps, or similar)
Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel content strategies tied to measurable business outcomes
Strong technical fluency — comfortable discussing APIs, model evaluation, infrastructure, and developer workflows
Direct experience with SEO and emerging AEO strategies
Experience building or scaling content functions in high-growth environments
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, credible narratives
Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales
Exceptional writing and editorial instincts — you enjoy being hands-on
Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Deep curiosity about AI infrastructure and developer workflows
Ability to move from strategy to execution without losing momentum
