As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Head of Consultant Channel to structure, scale, and drive performance across our self-employed field sales network.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and execute the Consultant Channel strategy
  • Lead and develop the Territory Manager team
  • Scale the Consultants network
  • Performance management & reporting
  • Cross-functional coordination (channel enablement)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
  • Represent the channel internally & externally

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in field sales leadership and regional sales execution
  • Proven ability to manage and scale dispersed sales teams, including self-employed networks
  • Track record of delivering results through performance management and coaching
  • Experience in fintech, payments, telecom, or tech-driven sales environments (strong advantage)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a style that inspires trust, authority, and consistency
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational discipline and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, training, and recruitment
  • Fluent in English
  • Native local language (French)
