We're looking for a Head of Computer Vision to lead our world-class ML team through an ambitious growth phase. You'll drive our long-term technical vision, make bold strategic bets, and push the boundaries of what's possible in AI photo editing to achieve breakthrough capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years leading ML/AI teams at product companies with strategic decision-making experience
  • Deep Computer Vision + Diffusion/GenAI expertise with hands-on large model training
  • Foundational model training experience - billion+ parameter models end-to-end
  • Team scaling experience - 8+ people, proven hiring and mentorship track record
  • Cross-functional collaboration - can work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
  • Technical depth for mentorship - spot code issues, debug training failures, analyse performance bottlenecks, and guide ICs through complex technical challenges
