Job Responsibility

  • Partner closely with Senior Leaders and support the division’s transformation journey by designing and developing communication strategies, activation plans, tools and messaging
  • Drive full alignment of the division’s mission, Etex purpose and commercials brands, ensuring coherent and consistent messaging across all countries and functions
  • Develop communication frameworks, guidelines, and governance to support the rollout of the Division’s mission in alignment with Etex brand and purpose narrative
  • Design and build comprehensive Divisional (>7,000 employees globally) internal communication plans to keep employees engaged with the division’s mission, strategy, progress, and achievements
  • Foster open dialogue and feedback through employee town halls, team meetings, and other interactive forums
  • Drive external communication strategies to enhance the division’s reputation and visibility, including managing social media (LinkedIn) engagement and collaborating with marketing teams on targeted campaigns
  • Support the development and implementation of a branding framework for the platform and provide guidance to countries on local branding strategies
  • Showcase the division’s successes and progress through case studies, articles, and impactful presentations
  • Support Head of Division and the Leadership team in their social media communication
  • Provide structure and guidance to country teams, including oversight of the LATAM communications team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in global internal and brand communications
  • Strong ability to align messaging across complex, global organisations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native‑level or equivalent)
  • Experience working with senior leaders and influencing communication strategy
  • Proactive and engaged approach with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills across diverse teams and functions
  • Experience in transformation, change communication, or brand implementation is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams
  • Proficiency in digital communication platforms and social media
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%)
