Job Description

At redirection.io, we don’t just sell redirects. We protect millions of euros in SEO revenue, streamline user experience at scale, and help companies – from ambitious startups to CAC 40 groups – regain control over their website performance, without relying on complex technical deployments each time. Our stack is solid, our customer feedback is excellent, and our user base is growing rapidly in Europe and internationally. One observation: our visibility is not yet commensurate with our impact. This is where you come in. We are looking for a Head of Communications & Content capable of transforming an ultra-technical solution into a powerful narrative. Someone who understands both the precision of an SEO consultant, the ROI obsession of an e-commerce director, and the rigor of a well-designed B2B SaaS product. Your role? Put redirection.io on the map. Make our content a lever of influence, credibility and growth. Carry our voice on LinkedIn, at conferences, with journalists and in every corner of the web where performance, technical SEO and digital experience topics matter.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop a clear and differentiating value proposition
  • Translate technical features into concrete benefits
  • Clarify the mission and positioning of redirection.io
  • Produce blog articles, case studies, white papers and technical guides in French and English
  • Build and distribute communication materials
  • Develop and manage a communication strategy
  • Design a quarterly content roadmap
  • Write impactful content independently
  • Oversee the creation of visual and multimedia content
  • Ensure consistency of tone, message, and branding
  • Ensure that each content has a real utility for users
  • Deploy content on the right channels
  • Maximize the reach and impact of each content using growth hacking and SEO techniques
  • Automate distribution when relevant

Requirements

  • Excellent writing skills and ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms (French and English)
  • Very good knowledge of SEO issues and natural referencing practices
  • Experience in B2B SaaS communications or in a technical sector
  • Excellent verbal skills and the ability to speak in public at events
  • Analytical mindset to adapt communication strategy according to market feedback and trends

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or digital marketing
  • Established network in the SEO / digital marketing ecosystem
  • Experience of running webinars or conferences

What we offer

  • meal tickets (Swile card)
  • mutual insurance fully taken in charge
  • nice offices, located in the 11th district of Paris
  • career development, in a fast growing company
  • stimulating context (drinks / conferences / hackdays / etc.)
