Job Responsibility

  • Develop complex financial models and business cases to evaluate new market entries, product launches, and pricing strategy
  • Own and deliver quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting across your business portfolio, including Board and Executive presentations
  • Champion capital allocation decisions and constructively challenge commercial assumptions at the highest levels
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Business Partners and Analysts, elevating capability from reporting to strategic partnering
  • Coordinate monthly Board reporting and contribute to SLT and Executive challenge sessions
  • Partner with the M&A and Strategy function to identify, size, and execute acquisition opportunities
  • Leverage AI and BI tools to shift the team's focus from data consolidation toward high-value strategic analysis

Requirements

  • 10+ years' progressive experience in finance, strategy, or commercial leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, go-to-market modelling, and commercial business casing
  • Proven ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders, including Board level
  • Experience leading and developing direct reports in a commercial finance environment
  • Background in technology, ecommerce, or digital businesses highly regarded
