Head Of Commercial, Sundeals

• Set and lead the commercial and product strategy for Sundeals, aligned to our value proposition and growth plans
• Translate market insight, customer behaviour and performance data into clear priorities and actions
• Shape and manage the accommodation portfolio strategy across markets and destinations
• Ensure the right balance of choice, quality and value for our customers
• Oversee investment decisions and performance of contracted product
• Lead accommodation sourcing strategy and contracting, with a strong focus on agility, flexibility and value
• Maximise the performance across the different sourcing methods available within the group and directly within Sundeals
• Build and maintain senior relationships with key accommodation partners
• Define pricing principles, promotional frameworks and channel strategies
• Ensure inventory is optimised on sale, with strong coordination between sourcing, revenue management and trading teams
• Drive dynamic, data-led decision-making to maximise margin and conversion
• Embed commercial analytics into everyday decision-making
• Track performance, identify opportunities and act quickly where change is needed
• Lead and develop an international commercial team
• Create clear ways of working, strong collaboration and a culture focused on pace, ownership and continuous improvement

• Senior commercial leadership experience in travel or a comparable consumer business
• Proven ownership of product, sourcing, pricing and commercial performance
• Experience working across multiple markets and distribution channels
• Strong financial and analytical capability, comfortable using data to drive decisions
• A track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and working cross-functionally
• Fluency in English is essential
