Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to shape how marketing drives growth at scale. As Head of Commercial Marketing, you’ll play a central role in building a more insight-led, commercially focused marketing function—strengthening how products and services are positioned, taken to market and delivered across multiple audiences and markets. What you’ll be doing: You will lead the development of a clear, joined-up commercial marketing approach across the organisation. Working closely with Product and Sales, you’ll ensure marketing activity is aligned to growth priorities and delivering measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in senior B2B marketing roles
  • Strong product marketing and go-to-market expertise across complex products or services
  • Proven ability to drive demand generation and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Experience using customer insight and data to inform strategy and campaigns
  • A commercial mindset, with evidence of aligning marketing to revenue and growth outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams
  • Leadership experience, including developing teams and improving capability

Nice to have

Experience in sectors such as professional services, SaaS, education, consulting or standards-based environments would be beneficial, but not essential
