Job Description:

Head of Commercial Growth role at HSBC Life in Singapore, responsible for driving customer growth strategies with focus on High Net Worth segments, managing customer propositions, marketing campaigns, and leading a high-performing team.

Job Responsibility:

Leading the development and execution of customer growth strategies with focus on Emerging Affluent, High Net Worth and Ultra-HNW segments
Manage end-to-end customer propositions
Manage the customer funnel including awareness, consideration, lead generation, channel activation, conversion, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and referral
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns from concept through delivery
Partner with channels to design and deliver customer events
Work cross-functionally with Product, Channels, Operations, Marketing, Experience, and Intelligence teams
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Commercial Growth team

Requirements:

Proven experience in driving HNW growth in the insurance industry
Extensive experience in commercial growth, customer proposition, or marketing leadership roles
Strong expertise in HNW proposition management, customer loyalty, and strategic partnerships
Track record of delivering measurable results across acquisition, retention, and cross-sell
Strong commercial acumen and ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in partner onboarding
Entrepreneurial, innovative, and execution-driven mindset
