Job Responsibility

Partner with divisional heads to provide financial analysis, insight and recommendations to support business on strategic and tactical decisions
Partner with business stakeholders to understand key revenue drivers
Budgeting and forecasting to support annual planning, forecasting and 3-year plan development
Preparation of monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary for senior management
Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
Conduct deep-dive analysis on business performance, trends and variances
Working with teams to identify and track KPIs, and develop action plans to improve results
