Job Description:

At the heart of our commercial transformation, the Head of Commercial Data Science & Analytics (TUI Airline) plays a pivotal role in building the commercial Data ecosystem. This is not just a leadership position - it’s a catalyst for change. You’ll lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of data scientists, analysts, and product owners to develop data-driven tools, predictive models, and optimisation solutions that empower smarter commercial decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and continuously evolve the Commercial Data solutions roadmap
  • Prioritise high-impact initiatives
  • Identify and champion use cases for AI, data science and optimisation
  • Build evaluation frameworks and deploy smart solutions
  • Oversee the creation and evolution of KPIs & Tableau based dashboards
  • Drive insight-led culture
  • Govern the ingestion, transformation, and maintenance of commercial data
  • Ensure the Commercial Data Warehouse is robust
  • Design all processes and drive smart automation
  • Lead the identification and automation of manual processes
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement
