We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as our Head of Collaborations/Partnerships in Austin, Texas. This individual will drive the development and execution of partnership programs with influencers, physical therapists, and fitness professionals to elevate the visibility and credibility of our healthcare SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships, fostering community engagement, and aligning brand strategies within the health and wellness space.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy focused on engaging health, fitness, and physical therapy professionals
Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and brand partners to align with company goals
Design scalable programs to support ambassador marketing, community advocacy, and thought leadership initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand standards, compliance requirements, and market strategies
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as engagement, brand awareness, and adoption metrics to evaluate program success
Act as a trusted representative of the company within the health and wellness community, fostering credibility and trust
Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the reach and influence of the platform
Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, community engagement, or growth marketing
Prior experience in B2B SaaS is highly preferred, with additional exposure to healthcare, wellness, or fitness industries being a strong advantage
Demonstrated ability to build and grow detail-oriented or creator communities that drive measurable outcomes
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on strategic collaboration
Proven expertise in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment
Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and techniques to optimize partnership strategies
Strong analytical skills to assess program performance and recommend data-driven improvements
