proven leadership and team management skills
exceptional leadership, communication and business development capabilities
panel membership (AvMA or Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation) is desirable but not essential

Job Responsibility

Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the Clinical Negligence department
manage and supervise a team of experienced solicitors and legal professionals
maintain and develop a complex caseload of serious clinical negligence matters
support business development and marketing initiatives to grow the department
ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural standards
