Head of Clinical Coding and Data Quality

Anglia Community Eye Services (ACES), part of the Optical Express Group, is seeking an experienced and accredited Senior Clinical Coder and Data Quality professional to lead our coding and reporting functions. This is a senior position responsible for managing clinical coding, data reporting, NHS submissions, and financial accuracy across all ACES services. You’ll oversee reporting and data flows, support coding for NHS and PMI billing, and ensure the highest levels of data integrity and compliance. Working closely with the Director of Care and Quality and Group Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in aligning clinical activity, reporting, and revenue accuracy.
