Job Description:

You will build and scale a Client Success organization that directly influences how successfully our customers adopt and grow with Radix. You will shape the full client journey, build the operational foundation, and lead the team that ensures our customers achieve measurable value. Your work will impact retention, net revenue expansion, and long-term client relationships. Radix is scaling fast, and your leadership will be felt across every corner of the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build a scalable Client Success strategy that increases retention, strengthens adoption and drives net revenue expansion
  • Design and implement onboarding programs that accelerate time to value across client segments
  • Establish clear playbooks, processes and engagement paths that deliver consistent and high impact client experiences
  • Hire, mentor and elevate a high performing Client Success team built on ownership, accountability and proactive solutioning
  • Partner with Sales, Product and Marketing to ensure client insights guide product direction and go to market efforts
  • Create and manage client health scoring models, NPS programs and usage analytics that predict risk and identify opportunities
  • Drive deep client partnership by connecting their real world challenges to Radix solutions, shaping their success plans and ensuring Radix becomes an indispensable part of their decision making
  • Increase efficiency and visibility through strong use of Salesforce and other CS operational tools

Requirements:

  • Five or more years leading Client Success, Account Management or Client Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build and scale a Client Success function from the ground up
  • A strong track record of improving retention, net revenue retention and expansion
  • Deep familiarity with health scoring frameworks, NPS programs and data driven engagement
  • Experience implementing and optimizing CS tools including Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross functional partners
  • Comfortable balancing big picture strategy with hands on execution while keeping everything moving forward with confidence
