Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Client Operations and Partner Solutions to lead the operational functions supporting our client delivery and external services partnership ecosystem. This leader will be responsible for defining and scaling the processes, systems, and teams that ensure exceptional service delivery, maximize client lifetime value, and drive efficiency in our partner programs. This role sits at the intersection of Strategy, Sales, Delivery, and Technology, acting as the primary operational architect for our external commercial relationships. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep operational rigor, team leadership, and a relentless focus on process automation and quality. S/he is driven to identify and dig into both technical and client challenges, and work to develop potential solutions to ultimately improve the client experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Operational Execution: Define and execute the operational strategy for client and partner management, aligning with the company’s overall commercial objectives while maintaining Addepar’s status as a disruptive leader in Financial Technology
  • Relationship & Alliance Programs: Develop key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities, drive revenue, and amplify Addepar’s brand in the community
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Oversight: Serve as a key stakeholder for partnership messaging, positioning, and packaging , while defining business requirements and overseeing the GTM strategy and release plans
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the lead relationship manager with partners throughout their lifecycle, defining engagement handoffs to internal business stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions
  • Performance Metrics & Monitoring: Establish and report on key operational metrics like Time-to-Value and CSAT, while simultaneously monitoring programs to assess real-world sales impact and the overall success of the alliance
  • Process Standardization & Documentation: Develop and optimize standardized delivery processes (SOPs) for internal and partner engagements while curating internal documentation and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Systems & Automation: Identify bottlenecks and champion process re-engineering , utilizing PRM tools to facilitate collaboration and working with R&D to build an AI-native onboarding experience
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead a team of analysts and relationship managers while establishing stellar relationships with cross-functional teams in sales, product, and marketing to operate successful programs

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Business Process Management, or Program Management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
  • Specialized knowledge of the wealth management industry to ensure operational strategies align with the needs of leading financial advisors and institutions
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-volume operations teams in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights from tools like Looker to identify trends and translate them into executable plans
  • Direct experience leading system migrations and proficiency in managing a tech stack that includes Salesforce, Showpad, and Workramp
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define and oversee go-to-market release plans while maintaining Addepar’s status as a disruptive leader
  • Excellent communication and probing skills, with the ability to simplify complex partner needs and overcome objections
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% to manage international partner networks and maintain key account alliances
