As Head of Client Management, you’ll lead a high-performing team to drive retention, upsell and cross-sell, working closely with Product and Service Delivery to maximise client value. Job Responsibility:

  • Take full ownership of a retained client portfolio worth around £100m
  • Drive a best-in-class retention and growth strategy
  • Lead, coach and inspire Client Managers
  • Empower team to deliver exceptional renewals, upsell and cross-sell outcomes
  • Work in close partnership with Client Implementation, Service Delivery, Marketing and Product teams
  • Ensure clients are fully engaged and realising maximum value from consultancy and software solutions
  • Using data, insight and market awareness, identify growth opportunities, manage risk and shape engagement strategies
  • Define and track key performance metrics to inform senior leadership
  • Play a critical role in resolving complex client issues with empathy and commercial judgement

Requirements:

  • Experienced senior leader or established head of customer success and/or account management
  • Ideally from a professional services environment with exposure to SaaS
  • Strong track record of driving client growth while reducing churn
  • Good experience of building, leading and motivating high-performing teams
  • Good experience of successfully implementing scalable client segmentation models
  • Good experience of driving CRM effectiveness
  • Good experience of managing budgets with a balance of efficiency and growth

  • Building awareness of client sanctions risks through a strong working relationship with key regional and global stakeholders, including management of multiple Line of Business, Functions, and Internal Audit
