Job Description:

The Head of Client Executives will lead a large global team across all products and segments within Investor Services responsible for delivering our mission of a best in industry, consistent end to end experience to our clients globally through uncompromised proactive service built on exceptional operational delivery. This role and function will manage client relationships across all segments and geographies working with our Global Solutions Sales teams and our Operational and Technology colleagues to grow and maintain the franchise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, implement and manage a global client delivery operating model
  • Foster a strong risk & control environment including robust end to end client governance framework
  • Responsible for ensuring key target metrics are achieved i.e. VoC and client satisfaction
  • Build out the strategic platforms use to manage the client experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with internal initiatives and product offerings
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments and competitive dynamics to adjust strategies and maintain market leadership
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with key clients, participating directly in high-impact meetings
  • Champion client-focused initiatives that enhance customer experience and reinforce value propositions
  • Identifies cross firm opportunities and connects solutions
  • Work closely with partners across Services to create end to end experiences
  • Drive the voice of the client internally and be involved in product enhancement / development and operational model design
  • Partner with our teams in Operations and Technology to drive day to day improvements and innovation in client experience and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Degree, MBA preferred
  • Extensive senior sales leadership experience within the financial services industry, managing multi-country teams
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategic plans and achieve financial targets
  • Deep understanding of Services products, services and the competitive landscape
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Strategic analysis/thought process
  • Ability to work with multiple organizations and stakeholders, including Senior Management and regulators
  • Ability to inspire and influence teams – both direct and matrixed.
