Reporting to the Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Head of Central FP&A will drive the financial performance and support strategic decision-making for Alter Domus’ central functions and FP&A function and key processes (e.g., monthly results, forecasting, budget).
Job Responsibility:
Act as a partner and trusted advisor to the Group Head of FP&A, Chief Financial Officer, and Global Leadership Team head of each Central Function and their leadership teams
Be responsible for providing analytical sophistication to understand and translate market evaluation and competitor data, with the objective of organising this into financial projections and reports
Conduct variance analysis to illustrate how the budget and/or rolling forecast compares against
Deliver accurate revenue and EBITDA guidance along with multi-dimensional reporting to aid decision-making
Create effective links with business leaders to build trusted partner status, giving constructive challenge as required to aid and enable decision-making through developing a deep understanding of their objectives and goals
Assist in corporate activities relating to the raising or sale of equity or debt financing as required
Assist in the financial, tax and other due diligence of prospective acquisitions, and ensure that completed acquisitions are promptly and fully assimilated into the business and synergies realised
In collaboration with the Financial Control team, ensure a robust internal control environment and promptly address any internal or external audit recommendations pertaining to the Commercial Function
As a senior leader of Alter Domus, you will maintain a relentless focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability
As a team leader you will actively coach, manage and motivate your team, ensuring you have the resources, competencies and capabilities required of a world-class FP&A function

You will also be responsible for driving change when necessary, delivering communications and directions to the team and supporting the development and engagement of employees at all levels
Requirements:
Senior finance business partner, FP&A professional or equivalent with 15+ years of experience in finance, consulting, corporate finance or accounting (ideally a combination of 2 or more of these functions)
Financial or professional services experience would be an asset
Demonstrated track record in financial and commercial management, preferably gained in a complex and fast-growing international business
Proven ability to apply corporate finance concepts to business decisions with experience that includes leadership in an accounting capacity, analysing financial information, business partnering and driving process efficiency
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate with internal and external parties
Superb attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools. Salesforce and SAP experience a plus
