To spearhead our growth across Central and Eastern Europe, the markets team drives operational excellence that scales our presence efficiently, ensures a best-in-class customer experience through deep-rooted localization, and cultivates high-impact partnerships with local brands and businesses. As the Head of Central & Eastern Europe (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for a team of 10-13 FTEs and become responsible for some of our key markets, making sure we increase our local market position. You’ll optimize our development processes and ensure growth on all levels. We’re always searching for innovative, strategic, and operational ideas for our local web shops and if you have profound business knowledge achieved through first hand experience in an E-Commerce business, you are the perfect fit to lead the team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading a team of highly motivated country managers

  • Optimize operational processes and ensure acceleration of growth along all dimensions

Requirements:

  • Very good master degree in business or comparable
  • Several years' experience in an e-commerce company and/or consulting
  • First-hand experience and profound business knowledge of Central & Eastern European markets is a significant plus
  • Profound knowledge in business development topics
  • Expert in MS Office
  • Fluency in English (oral & written)
  • A strong affinity for numbers and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Strong communicational and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of responsibility
