NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH Construction Certificate as a minimum requirement
Extensive experience in CDM and health and safety roles, ideally with experience as a CDM Principal Designer
Proven experience managing small teams within a construction or consultancy environment
Strong client-facing skills, with a background in managing CDM projects and acting as the client contact
