Job Description

The Head of Card Products and Go-to-Market Strategy is a critical senior leadership role within the Treasury Solutions & Payments team. This role will oversee the full suite of card products, including Corporate Cards, Purchasing Cards, Virtual Cards, Central Travel Accounts, and Middle Market Cards, as well as associated digital experiences, such as card management platforms (web and app) and travel and expense solutions. This leader will drive the centralization of product management functions, bringing a unified vision to the strategy and execution of card products.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the management and strategy for Citizens Bank’s card product portfolio
  • Develop and deliver a robust digital roadmap for card management platforms
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams
  • Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Support teams
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market efforts
  • Champion a client-first approach
  • Actively gather client feedback to enhance product design and delivery

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in corporate cards, payments, or treasury solutions within financial services
  • Proven expertise in digital transformation and user experience design
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex product portfolios and launching new solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
