Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee partner-based co-branded credit card acquisition for one of US Bank’s new strategic partnerships – one of our largest. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in payments, strong partner management skills, and a passion for delivering best-in-class customer experiences. This person will work with USB colleagues, and the cobrand partner to build the strategy and roadmap to acquire new cardmembers profitably and at scale. They will identify, size, and prioritize new strategies, capabilities, and campaigns to drive growth by attracting new applicants and driving conversion in partner digital channels. They should have strong knowledge of entire funnel with proven success leading campaigns to drive prospects to conversion. This person will also work with internal stakeholders and the partner to create solutions to increase approval rates for applicants. The role requires experience in customer acquisition in credit cards, including targeting, testing, digital marketing, creative, and media execution. They will be the key relationship leader with the partner for acquisition, responsible for maximizing USB results while meeting needs of the partner.

Requirements:
