Job Description:

The Head of Capital Markets Platform Management is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of production management capabilities across Capital Markets technology platforms. This role ensures the reliability, resilience, and performance of critical systems supporting trading, risk, and operations functions. The leader will drive continuous improvement, engineering excellence, and alignment with enterprise strategic priorities.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a Global Production Management Organization
Lead Strategic Delivery of Production Management Initiatives
Conduct Performance Review Forums with Business Stakeholders
Advance Reliability and Automation
Oversee Financial and Resource Planning
Develop and Retain Top Talent
Influence Across the Enterprise
Measure and Improve Performance
Represent the Function Externally
Cultivate a High-Performance Culture

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on production management or platform operations in Capital Markets
8+ years of experience managing global teams and leading cross-functional initiatives
8+ years of experience with trading systems, prime brokerage, fx, risk, market data, order management, and post-trade processing

Nice to have:

Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, and SRE methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, SRE, AWS/GCP/Azure)
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and technology transformation in a regulated financial environment
