Job Description:

Head of CAMO Core Systems (m/w/d). We love what we do – from day one, and every single day anew. That’s how we became Germany’s most popular leisure airline – and we remain so to this day. We continue to evolve, driven by countless sources of inspiration. Condor operates latest-generation long-haul Airbus A330neo aircraft, consuming just 2.1 liters of fuel per passenger per 100 kilometers – making them a European leader in fuel efficiency and passenger comfort. Since 2024, Condor has also been renewing its short- and medium-haul fleet and is set to take delivery of 43 new aircraft from the A32Xneo family by the end of 2028. But as a leisure and international airline, we don’t just explore the world and reach new heights – we connect people and build bridges between cultures and regions. Our employees are just as diverse as our many destinations across Europe, Africa, and North America. Whether on the ground or in the air – we are one crew, ready for take-off. Are you? Then become part of the Condor crew and apply now!

Job Responsibility:

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the CAMO Core Systems team, including resource planning, skills development, and performance management
  • Coordination and technical leadership of cross-functional projects within CAMO and the technical organisation with a strong focus on AMOS-related processes and system capabilities
  • Functional alignment and prioritisation of AMOS- and ACC-related initiatives in close coordination with CAMO, Engineering, Technical Planning, and the wider technical organisation
  • Definition, standardisation, and continuous improvement of digital and backup maintenance processes to ensure harmonised, resilient, and compliant maintenance workflows across internal and external maintenance providers
  • Establishment and governance of end-to-end AMOS processes across all relevant maintenance domains, ensuring consistent system usage and data integrity
  • Cross-functional process alignment with interfacing departments, acting as the central AMOS interface between CAMO, Part‑145, IT, Quality, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • University degree or completed vocational training in an aviation technical discipline, with demonstrated seniority in a regulated aviation environment
  • Extensive relevant professional experience over several years, preferably within requirements management, aircraft maintenance, and CAMO/Part‑145 environments
  • Expert‑level knowledge of the AMOS maintenance management system, including profound hands‑on experience and system ownership capabilities, as well as in‑depth knowledge of applicable EASA regulations and their operational implementation
  • Highly independent, structured, and solution‑driven working style, combined with a strong sense of accountability and governance
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to argue and defend technical and strategic positions at senior management and authority level
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken, with proven proficiency in technical and regulatory aviation English
What we offer:
  • Atmosphere - through a friendly and motivated team and flat hierarchies
  • Excitement - through an interesting and varied job in a fascinating industry
  • Further development - through competent induction as well as training and development opportunities
  • Benefits - through attractive travel discounts and social benefits in addition to industry-standard compensation
