Job Responsibility

  • Lead the Business & Economics faculty (years 10-13) to deliver high quality teaching, learning and outcomes
  • Design and refine an ambitious, real world curriculum that builds powerful knowledge and employability skills
  • Grow uptake and success across GCSE and A level/Level 3 pathways
  • setting stretching, achievable targets
  • Coach, mentor and develop colleagues, modelling excellent practice and fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Champion enrichment and employer encounters (e.g., enterprise activities, guest speakers, visits, competitions)
