• Extensive experience in data analytics leadership roles within financial services
• Proven track record in driving customer-centric strategy and business growth
• Deep understanding of analytics applied to Investment and Insurance products
• Strong expertise in translating business challenges into analytical problems and delivering actionable insights
• Proven ability to develop and implement advanced analytics techniques (e.g., advanced analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, customer lifetime value modeling, churn prediction)
• Experience in supporting and influencing proposition and strategy teams
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong financial services regulatory landscape
• Proven ability to manage and mentor analytics teams
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qliksense, Looker, Tableau)
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., GCP) and cloud-based analytics platforms
• Understanding of ML model development, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Experience with data analysis and manipulation tools
• University degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, problem-solve, and take ownership of initiatives
• Self-motivated, with a strong customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering business impact
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
