Job Description:

The Head of Business Execution – CIO will report directly into the COO for Wealth and Matrix report into the CIO for Wealth. This role manages day-to-day operations and assists in re-designing and implementing the optimal operating model within a high growth business. Responsible for end-to-end implementation of robust framework and governance model that drives business results across all global regions.

Job Responsibility:

Execute against key priorities for the CIO business across multiple countries/jurisdictions
Develop business cases to drive strategic partnership across Wealth
Support medium- to long-term plans and functional strategies
Partner with leadership team to set goals for CIO
Act as delegate for CIO when required
Establish effective CIO interaction model within Citi and Wealth
Lead business routines & program manage strategic initiatives
Own resource allocation and productivity initiatives
Drive culture and people initiatives
Oversee design and implementation of budgets, financials, operations, human resources and compliance
Assess risk when business decisions are made
Manage a small team of professionals

Requirements:

10+ years of relevant experience in financial services
Strategically minded with track record of execution excellence
Hands-on orientation with demonstrated ability to set up internal processes
Proven financial acumen, critical thinker with consultative approach
Comprehensive knowledge of general IT infrastructure, Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial advice-related compliance
Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
Demonstrated strategic planning, delegation, financial reporting and budgeting skills
Detail-oriented, goal-oriented and able to work in a team
Excellent communication skills
Prior success working in large, highly-matrix and complex organization
Technical knowledge, in-depth knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L)
Customer and client focus
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
