Requirements:
10+ years of senior-level experience in a role focused on business operations, supply chain management, or operational excellence in a data-intensive environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
Prior experience in the FMCG and/or Food Service industry is highly preferred
Proven experience managing complex, end-to-end business operations
Demonstrated success in managing the operational aspects of sales channels (e.g., e-Commerce operations, sales operations)
Deep expertise in supply chain, logistics, and business process management
Strong ability to develop data strategy, manage analytics functions, and implement data governance
Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools is essential
Ability to dissect complex operational problems, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and implement effective solutions
