We are looking for a proven outbound sales leader to build and scale our Business Development function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-autonomy, build-and-execute role where you will inherit a small team and be responsible for scaling it into a disciplined, high-performing outbound sales team. Your focus will be on hiring, developing and leading the team, creating a strong performance culture and ensuring consistent sales output. This is a frontline sales leadership role focused on execution and team performance, rather than strategy or account management.
Job Responsibility:
Building the team – our team is currently 2 people strong. You will grow that to 6 people selling three products
Running the sales floor – driving daily activity levels and maintaining strong performance standards
Performance management – implementing clear KPIs and holding the team accountable to them
Hands-on coaching – developing the team through call reviews, roleplay sessions and 1:1s
Driving results – ensuring consistent outbound activity and revenue growth across the team
Requirements:
Experience building and managing outbound sales teams of 5+ people
A strong background in high-volume, short sales cycle environments
Experience running phone-heavy outbound sales teams
A clear understanding of sales metrics, activity management and conversion rates
A track record of hiring, developing and performance-managing salespeople
The ability to operate with high autonomy, reporting directly to senior leadership
