Ampa Group is looking for a Head of Business Development to play a central role in shaping what comes next. This role is about relationships, collaboration and building opportunities that genuinely add value- for our clients, our brands and our people. You’ll act as a commercial ambassador for the Group, working closely with leaders across Ampa to bring the full strength of our offering to market.
Job Responsibility:
Driving commercial growth: Represent Ampa confidently and credibly in the market
Identify, develop and help convert high-value opportunities
Build a strong, forward-looking pipeline aligned to Group and brand strategy
Stay close to market trends, client needs and competitor activity
Shape clear, persuasive proposals and business cases
Building trusted relationships: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
Work in close partnership with brand leaders across the Group
Bring clarity and consistency to how we show up commercially
Turning ambition into action: Translate Group goals into clear, workable commercial plans
Partner with marketing on go-to-market activity and campaigns
Keep commercial priorities and growth targets front of mind
Leading and developing people: Lead, support and develop a high-performing business development team
Create a culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement
Provide coaching, feedback and clear development pathways
Encourage collaboration across teams and brands
Working across the Group: Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, operations and brand teams
Support pitches, pricing approaches and client journeys
Spot and champion opportunities that bring different parts of Ampa together
Requirements:
Senior business development or commercial leadership experience
Strong commercial judgement and a track record of driving growth
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading and developing teams
The ability to communicate commercial priorities clearly and confidently
Comfort working in a collaborative, multi-brand environment
