This Head of Business Development 12 month FTC role sits within a leading international insurance firm and will play a key role in leading the company wide Business Development and Client strategy and work closely with the senior leadership team. You will sit amongst a high performing senior leadership team and provide insights on BD/client development and overall strategic initiatives for the UK/EMEA side of the business. The Head of Business Development 12 month FTC will set the UK/EMEA BD strategy and approach with a focus on driving collaboration across the firm and manage a high performing BD Manager. You will ensure best practice and enhance the use of systems and procedures to sit in line with the overall firm strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the company wide Business Development and Client strategy
Work closely with the senior leadership team
Provide insights on BD/client development and overall strategic initiatives for the UK/EMEA side of the business
Set the UK/EMEA BD strategy and approach with a focus on driving collaboration across the firm
Manage a high performing BD Manager
Ensure best practice and enhance the use of systems and procedures to sit in line with the overall firm strategy
Requirements:
Head of (or equivalent) level of experience across business development from the legal/insurance sector or professional services
