To take our company to the next level, we are looking for a Head of Brand to join our Marketing Team, with the purpose of building a strong and consistent brand narrative which gets into our target market heads and hearts.
Job Responsibility:
Lead all aspects of brand strategy, from delivering a strong brand value proposition, ensuring alignment and implementation across touchpoints Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Support for both Patients and Therapists
Collaborate with the research team to deliver key insights about brand strength and relevance evolution and finding insights to prove the value of our brand investments
Leverage consumer insights to define a strong brand positioning, narrative, and key messaging that drive organisational growth
Lead and grow the in-house creative team, optimising their processes and ensuring high standards when it comes to quality of our creative, speed of execution and effective implementation of our clinical guidelines
Drive the upskilling of the team on emerging technologies, co-leading their implementation to increase impact, speed, and quality through automation, workflows, and AI-powered creative tools (e.g. audio, video, visual assets). You will collaborate closely with internal teams on implementation
Activate our brand via brand marketing initiatives across Social Media Organic, Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, ATL (TV, Connected TV, OOH, Radio), Guerrilla and other brand opportunities as they arise, being the owner of the budget and strategy
Plan and facilitate branding workshops with senior leadership and other teams
Develop a measurement framework for brand campaigns and how brand equity is contributing to business impact via multiple measurement approaches
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role
Experience in the D2C, preferably within a startup or scale-up environment
Experience managing a multi million brand budget
Proven ability to use market and user research to deliver value proposition and positioning
Strong analytical mindset, able to dive into brand marketing activation impact and derive conclusions and next steps
Direct experience with multi channel media strategy and execution (full funnel from ATL all the way to digital channels)
Eye for great design and user experience (experience managing a design team a plus)
Avid user of recent technologies such as LLM and automation tooling
Track record of success in scaling a brand's relevance and familiarity at international scale
Ability to effectively lead and provide thought leadership and direction to a global, cross-functional team
A world class leader with a proven ability to grow, develop and scale a team
Hands-on attitude, a lot needs to be created from the ground up, builder mindset
