Job Description:

We're looking for a Head of Brand Strategy & Identity to shape how TUI shows up to the world. You'll develop and maintain our centralised brand strategy and convert it into a clear, consistent identity across every touchpoint – from marketing campaigns to customer interactions. This role is vital for enhancing brand recognition, fostering customer loyalty, and driving our reputation as a premier travel brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accountable for overall TUI brand strategy and the look and feel of our brand, ensuring consistent application across all customer touchpoints
  • Help develop our strategy, portfolio of products and brands to maximise brand equity
  • Deliver cohesive and compelling branding solutions across key interactions including advertising, websites, apps, retail, uniforms, aircraft, cruise ships, airports, hotels and in-resort experiences
  • Lead the Global Brand Forum and Brand Market & Asset Board
  • Craft and bring to life compelling brand stories for target customer segments
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and agencies, to ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful multi-channel brand strategies and identity, ideally within global organisations or multi-brand environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of design and copy sensibilities
  • Strategic and commercial thinker
  • Engaging communicator who can quickly gain rapport and credibility with a diverse set of international stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
