Job Description:

Visionary and strategic leader to serve as Head of Brand & Creative Strategy for Citi Wealth, shaping the future of our global brand and leading the development and execution of a unified, differentiated brand presence across all channels and audiences. This leader will serve as the brand steward for Citi Wealth—owning our visual identity, creative expression, media strategy, and brand narrative across the full wealth continuum.

Job Responsibility:

Define and execute Citi Wealth's global brand strategy
Drive global brand alignment in partnership with regional marketing and business leaders
Champion brand governance
Oversee the development of Citi Wealth's visual identity system
Lead creative direction and storytelling across campaigns, experiences, and content platforms
Lead global paid media strategy across brand, digital, sponsorship, and content-driven channels
Assess risk when business decisions are made
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

15+ years of experience
Experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, creative leadership, or media strategy—ideally in financial services, luxury, or innovation-driven industries
Proven success leading global brand transformations or high-impact campaigns at scale
Experience managing and inspiring high-performing, cross-functional teams and agency partners
Exceptional creative sensibility with a data-informed mindset
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Global perspective with experience working across diverse markets and cultures
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Experience in financial services, luxury, or innovation-driven industries
