Job Description:

Cozycozy is hiring a Head of Brand & Communications to build a global brand that can compete with the biggest names in travel. This is a senior leadership role, both strategic and hands-on, with high ownership on brand direction, media investment, and execution excellence. You will work directly with our CEO, and you will lead the full communication and brand roadmap across all our markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and lead cozycozy’s global brand and communications strategy
  • Build and lead the Brand & Communications team
  • Own the brand platform, key messages, and tone of voice
  • Own media planning and budget allocation across markets and channels
  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of all brand actions (online and offline)
  • Manage the full brand media mix
  • Lead the definition of creative strategy
  • Define and drive cozycozy’s PR and corporate communications strategy
  • Lead agency selection processes (creative, PR, media, production)
  • Manage brand operations end-to-end
  • Track brand and comms impact
  • Designing, implementing, and leading all actions aimed at maximising cozycozy’s brand awareness

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in brand, communications, and PR in B2C
  • Strong experience managing offline campaigns (TV, metro, OOH) and working with production and media partners
  • Experience running international campaigns
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong creative eye
  • Strong project management skills
  • Very high standards and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working directly with a CEO and handling high expectations

Nice to have:

  • Travel, marketplace, or high-growth startup experience is a plus
  • French and other languages are a plus
