Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Bothy
Supervise a safe pool operation, monitor and keep an updated Health and Safety system
To supervise the team of Bothy attendants, Bothy practitioners, Bothy host Movement Team, Night cleaners and ensure a clean, well-maintained facility
Manage and run the expanded Lower Lake activities
Manage performance across all areas of the Bothy space
Ensure that we connect with each guest, each other and our environment to maximize the wellbeing experience for all
Follow any given hotel policy and procedure as required, demonstrate Awareness of hotel H&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within H&S guidelines
Have clear communication with the Bothy team and the rest of the hotel, be a part of regular team meetings and attend morning and weekly meetings as required
To manage the smooth running of the daily operations
Drive performance across all areas of the Bothy space

Maintain the highest standard of guest service by following the Bothy Protocols and displaying genuine care and attention to detail
To manage the smooth running of the daily operations focusing on the key areas of responsibilities, front of house, reservation, retail
Produce Host rota at least one months in advance and make the necessary adjustments in line with business needs, unexpected events by flexible scheduling
Practice full responsibility of Bothy host staff coverage during spa operational hours by liaising with staff, supervisors and managers
Ensure the team is fully trained in all aspects of the spa operating system and follow procedure according to the agreed sop’s
Consistently record guest preferences accurately updating guest profiles and communicating any relevant information to colleagues
Excellent oral and written English communicational skills
Previous customer service experience
Good computer skills
Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and communicated
