A close connection to our surroundings and a deep respect for the natural world threads through its Wildsmith therapies – from treatments guided by the universal principles of circadian rhythm to our long awaited 18 m x 6 m chlorine-free Waters and thermal and hydrotherapies. With the beginning of this new chapter underway, we’re looking for a passionate Head of Bothy Operations to join our team and help to continue shape our Bothy journey. Designed to protect and enhance a curated, considered, and intimate guest experience.
Requirements:
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Bothy
Supervise a safe pool operation, monitor and keep an updated Health and Safety system
To supervise the team of Bothy attendants, Night cleaners and ensure a clean, well-maintained facility
Manage and run the expanded Lower Lake activities
Manage performance across all areas of the Bothy space
Ensure that we connect with each guest, each other and our environment to maximize the wellbeing experience for all
Have clear communication with the Bothy team and the rest of the hotel, be a part of regular team meetings and attend morning and weekly meetings as required
To manage the smooth running of the daily operations
Drive performance across all areas of the Bothy space.
