Job Responsibility
Oversee the daily operations of the boarding house, ensuring a well-organized and supportive living environment
Ensure the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of all boarding students
Implement safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring student safety at all times
Maintain regular and open communication with parents regarding students’ well-being and progress
Encourage a balanced lifestyle by supporting students in their academic, social, and personal growth
Ensure the boarding house is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for students.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, ideally complemented by certified boarding practice training
A proven track record of upholding child-protection standards and implementing robust safeguarding protocols to ensure a secure, compliant residential environment
Deep experience in managing the emotional and physical well-being of people, providing high-quality pastoral care to students from diverse backgrounds
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a boarding house environment, with strong skills in managing day-to-day operations.
