Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, ideally complemented by certified boarding practice training

  • Deep experience in managing the emotional and physical well-being of people, providing high-quality pastoral care to students from diverse backgrounds
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a boarding house environment, with strong skills in managing day-to-day operations.
