Job Responsibility:

  • Create and deliver an exciting and innovative strategy across benefits, recognition and wellbeing that improves the colleague experience and increases our key performance metrics (awareness, engagement, advocacy and take-up)
  • Engage, lead and inspire our benefits, recognition and wellbeing team
  • Drive value from our key supplier partnerships, ensuring they are aligned to our strategy and delivering great experiences and value
  • Create a flexible proposition that responds to our different colleagues' needs, across our global locations
  • Continuously innovate, grounded in colleague listening and external research
  • creating business cases for change that demonstrate a positive return

  • with experience in large workforces
